1. Overview
CineVibe subscriptions (Mobile, Standard, and Premium) renew automatically each billing cycle until you cancel. You may cancel at any time. This policy explains how cancellation works and what happens to your access after you cancel.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription by:
- Signing in to your CineVibe account and selecting Account → Cancel Membership
- Emailing billing@cinevibe.com from your registered email with the subject “Cancel Subscription”
- Contacting support at support@cinevibe.com
For demo / prototype checkouts on this website, cancellation can be simulated by clearing site data or contacting support; no live billing account is created unless you connect a real payment gateway later.
3. When Cancellation Takes Effect
- Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal.
- You keep full access to CineVibe (including titles such as Prarambh) until the end of your current paid billing period.
- After the period ends, streaming access is paused and your account may be limited to browse-only mode.
4. Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade plans from the Plans page. Upgrades may take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades typically apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
5. What Cancellation Does Not Do
- Cancellation does not automatically delete your account or viewing history.
- Cancellation does not by itself trigger a refund for the current period (see our Refund Policy).
- Downloaded titles (if offered on your plan) will no longer play after access ends.
6. Reactivating
You can resubscribe at any time by choosing a plan and completing payment. Previous preferences may be restored if your account still exists.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us first at billing@cinevibe.com so we can help resolve it quickly. Unresolved disputes may be handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law.
